Weddings with elaborate design, premium services, a lot of custom items and multi-day events can exceed €200,000–€400.000

How far in advance should we plan our wedding?

If you have a fixed date and you are not flexible we generally recommend starting the planning process 12 months in advance. Popular locations in Tuscany, Amalfi Coast and Lake Como often book out over a year ahead, especially for weekends in peak season (May through September). However, if you have a shorter timeline and you are more flexible our extensive network allows us to curate extraordinary celebrations in a more condensed timeframe as well so we recommend around 3-6 months in advance.

What budget is required for a luxury wedding?

A luxury wedding in Italy is a completely bespoke experience and the investment varies based on the guest count, the exclusivity of the venue and the complexity of the design. Generally, for a high-end multi-day event that includes venue, catering, floral design, top-tier entertainment, a lot of customization, we suggest a starting budget of €1,000- €1,500 per guest. During our initial consultation, we provide a detailed budgetary framework to ensure your vision aligns perfectly with your investment in line with your vision.

Do you work with international couples?

Absolutely. Our clients are international couples traveling from the US, UK, Asia, Libano, United Emirates. We are experts in bridge-building: we translate your aesthetic and cultural expectations into the Italian landscape. We use digital planning tools, virtual venue tours and scheduled weekly video calls to ensure you feel connected and in control of every decision, no matter where in the world you are located.

Do you help guests with travel and accommodation?

Yes, providing a seamless experience for your loved ones is a cornerstone of our service. We can offer a concierge service, which include sourcing luxury hotel blocks, coordinating private airport transfers and managing local logistics.

Can you provide international catering or chefs?
Of course. We have several contacts of international chef and catering that can be aligned with different cultures and traditions.
Can we get married in a catholic church?

Yes, we can organize it searching for alternatives and options allowing foreign couples to get married in Italian churches.

How do I communicate and manage guests dietary restrictions?
We have a tool to receive and manage attendees, dietery restrictions, courses preferences and intollerances. In this way on the wedding day the catering will already has all the information about all the guests knowing where they are seated.
When is the deadline for sending out the invitations?
We usually suggest to send the save the date 9 months before the wedding to allow guests to book their flights. Paper invitations can be sent out then 4 months before the wedding.
